Everything is shipped via Canada Post within 72 hours. You will be sent a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped off.

Shipping fees for Canadian residents

Provinces Shipping Costs for orders up to $100:

• BC, AB, SK, MB: $12.00

• ON, QC: $15.00

• NL, PE, NB, NS, YT, NT, NU: $18.00

Do you have to pay taxes or duty for Canadian orders?

Items purchased and shipped to addresses within Canada are subject to applicable sales tax. We must charge PST, GST or HST (if applicable to your home province) on all purchases.

Duty and taxes may be applied upon receipt of items that are shipped to alternative countries (USA) and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Address error:

Be sure to check your address when entering details. Once the item is shipped and you receive confirmation we cannot accommodate you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your product as much as we are! We understand that in some cases you may need to contact to arrange a return.

After 30 days we can no longer process exchange. Party Animal Pets does not refund a product. Exchanges are possible for the right size.
